Baked Halibut with Mandarin Olive Oil

(Serves 4)

  • 4 each 6-8oz Halibut filets
  • Bondolio Mandarin Olive Oil
  • Panko
  • Sea Salt

Pat dry the fish and rub lightly with Bondolio Mandarin Olive Oil. Put Panko in a bag or dish and coat fish with Panko.

Place fish on baking pan and drizzle more oil on top. Add a pinch of sea salt.

Bake at 350 degrees until done (approximately 15 minutes, depending on the thickness).

Serve immediately and present with a drizzle of the Bondolio Mandarin Olive Oil on top.
