Winner of a Good Food award, our California Mandarin Orange Olive Oil is a lovely friendship that grew out of our experiments with milling citrus fruits with our pollinator olives.
Just-picked, candy-sweet Mandarin oranges from an organic farm in the Sierra foothills combine with our Pendolino olives, which are used as a pollinator for Bondolio’s signature Sicilian estate blend olive oil. We mill the whole orange to extract as much of the orange essence as possible, resulting in a mouthfeel that is sunny and unexpected.
