New for us at Bondolio is the process of co milling Mandarin Orange with Bondolio olives. A couple years ago we began experimenting with milling citrus fruit along with our olives. Karen liked the possibilities of the flavors. So this year Karen sampled mandarin oranges from farms in the Sierra foothills, selected one who then provided us with two tons of mandarin, enough fruit to produce a very limited 100 gallon run of this amazing flavor. We have only 600 of the 1/2 liter bottles left of this citrus infused Bondolio so please contact us if you want some.
