Parmigiano-Reggiano. In June, we visited a small dairy just outside of Modena and tasted a fantastic parmigiano. We asked our balsamic producing friends in Modena, the Malpighi family, to make the introductions and we are now proud to offer the real thing, a wonderful Parmigiano cheese from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. If you have tasted or grown used to any of the many variations and imitations of this wonderful cheese, get ready for a treat. We have imported a very limited quantity pre packed into 1 kg (about 2.2 lbs).
