Vanilla Ice Cream with Mandarin Orange Olive Oil

(Serves 4)

Ingredients

1 pint high-quality vanilla ice cream
Drizzle of Bondolio Mandarin Orange Olive Oil
Sea salt
Sprigs of fresh mint

Place scoops of vanilla Ice Cream in a glass dish or Martini Glass. Drizzle Bondolio Mandarin Orange Olive Oil and finish with a pinch of sea salt.

For a beautiful presentation, tuck a sprig of mint on top.
